How do we address restoration more holistically? What are the trade-offs between production, climate change mitigation and biodiversity? Halfway through the project, RESTORE+ delivers first results and insights to contribute to this understanding.
RESTORE+ briefs provide a focus on specific topics and first results condensed on one page, the RESTORE+ Mid-term report describes the projects approach, implementation of methodologies and outcomes in more detail and with the videos, RESTORE+ consortium members and stakeholders share their views on the project’s relevance.

RESTORE+ briefs

The RESTORE+ briefs present a collection of first project findings and innovative methodological approaches are described. As the project continuously produces new results, the bunch of briefs will be updated accordingly.

On this occasion, the project’s consortium invited national stakeholders from Brazil, government representatives from Indonesia, as well as representatives of the broader international restoration community to participate and engage in discussions on the country specific project approaches and preliminary results presented by the RESTORE+ consortium partners.
This report contains detailed methodological explanations as well as preliminary results and reflections of progress and status quo. Finally, the report concludes with feedback and a discussion section on existing challenges faced during the project life cycle and gives an outlook on the corresponding necessary learnings and next steps for the second half of the project.
